Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
The Company supplies the Products as described in the product description on the website, including the quality, features, accessories and attachments included in the product description.
During the ordering process the customer has the choice:
- free collection of the order at the address indicated in the webshop;
- delivery to an existing address via BPost.
All packages are sent by BPost. An order will be sent within three working days after the order date. If the products are delivered to the Customer's home, they will be delivered to the address that the Customer has provided to the Company during the ordering process.
If no one is available at the customer's address at the time of delivery, the customer must follow the instructions of the delivery service responsible for delivering the order.
Items ordered via the webshop are delivered exclusively in the European Union. The shipping costs are:
- for Belgium: €7.50;
- for France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg: €16.50;
- for the rest of Europe: €34.60.
For orders with a purchase amount above €150.00 within Belgium, shipping is free.
The customer can also collect the products from the establishment of the company that the customer selected when placing his order.
If the Company is unable to deliver the Products within the above-mentioned period, the Company undertakes to inform the Customer thereof in writing and to mutually agree on a new, reasonable delivery period. If the Company exceeds the period again, the Customer has the right to cancel the order.
If ordered products are not in stock, the order will not lead to an agreement and the company is not obliged to deliver these products.
Returns
We want you to be 100% sure about your purchase. Is the product not what you expected? Then you can easily return it according to the conditions below.
Return period:
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to cancel your order without giving any reason. You must inform the company of your order to cancel the agreement. This can easily be done via your account on the website.
After revocation you have 14 days to return the product(s).
Return conditions :
The product must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. The product must also have the original label/sealing.
Return Responsibility:
You are responsible for the returned products until we receive them.
Return costs:
All reasonable costs for returning products are for the customer.
We recommend that you send returns with a track & trace code.
Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them.
Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged or without original tags will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the return requirements at our sole discretion.
If the products meet the return requirements, you will receive a credit note for the value of the returned products.
We are entitled to reduce the value of the voucher to take into account any reduction in the value of the products.
If you have chosen a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, these additional costs will not be refunded.
We also do not have to refund the delivery costs if not the entire order is returned.
